Fully Automatic Transformer Corrugated Fin Production Line Installed in UZBEK

Recently, our fully automatic transformer corrugated fin production line was successfully installed and commissioned at a well-known transformer manufacturing customer’s production base. The customer, dedicated to improving production efficiency and product quality, selected our production line after in-depth investigation, recognizing its high precision, full automation and stable performance. Faced with on-site challenges such as narrow space and high installation accuracy, our professional technical team formulated a detailed plan, strictly implemented standardized operations, and smoothly completed all links from unloading to debugging. After acceptance, the production line operated stably, with corrugated fins reaching 0.01mm-level precision and significantly higher efficiency than the customer’s original mode, effectively reducing labor costs. The customer’s person in charge expressed satisfaction, noting the line solved long-standing efficiency and quality issues.
