Operation Demonstration of Automatic Transformer Corrugated Fin Production Line

Today, our customers from Malaysia visited our factory to inspect and test our fully automatic transformer corrugated fin production line. We carried out a complete on-site trial run to show the whole manufacturing process, including decoiling, roller forming, fixed-length cutting, and automatic welding.

During the test, the equipment ran smoothly with stable feeding and accurate forming. The finished corrugated panels featured uniform wave shapes, neat edges and firm, smooth welding seams without deformation or cracks. Our Malaysian clients closely checked product dimensions, production efficiency and operation convenience, and asked several questions about material adaptability and daily output.

After witnessing the excellent trial performance, they expressed high satisfaction with the machine’s automation level, processing precision and stable productivity. They commented that this line perfectly fits the production demands of local oil-immersed transformer factories in Malaysia. We had pleasant communication about technical parameters and future cooperation possibilities. Both sides reached positive intentions for further business negotiation.
