ZEMU Transformer Radiator Fin Production Line Successfully Commissioned in India

ZEMU’s full automatic transformer radiator fin production line has been fully installed, commissioned and put into regular production at our customer’s manufacturing plant in India.

Our technical engineers travelled to the customer’s site to complete equipment assembly, piping connection, parameter calibration and trial run validation. On site operational and maintenance training was also delivered for local plant operators to ensure stable daily operation.

This complete production line realizes full process automatic manufacturing for transformer cooling fins, covering material feeding, corrugate forming, spot welding, fixed length cutting and finished part discharging. It supports production of corrugated elements in multiple lengths including 1000mm，2000mm ,3000mm and other custom sizes, meeting manufacturing requirements for oil immersed distribution transformer radiators.

High level automation minimizes manual intervention, improves production efficiency and guarantees consistent quality of radiator  fins. This project marks another successful delivery of ZEMU transformer machinery for the South Asia power equipment industry.

ZEMU will continue to provide timely remote technical support and after sales service, to resolve on site production issues and safeguard long term stable operation of the whole production line for our Indian partner.
